Original UFXP video review

The review you see below was posted back in 2012. There is now a new version of this product, launched in 2014 which is being reviewed on this page.

Here you can watch me testing out the original trading technique (and getting quite excited about my profits!) …

I’m genuinely excited to be sharing this trading technique with you. It’s one of the most highly regarded in the industry (and if you’ve watched my video, you’ll know why!)

But, until now, there’s been a problem with it.

It was simply too pricey for a lot of people.

I’m not saying that it wasn’t worth every penny (in fact, it’s always been incredible value). But most people who are starting out in the world of forex trading, want to put all their spare investment cash into the markets (not into training).

Fortunately, now you can get started with one of the top forex trading techniques, for a fraction of the initial cost.

Now, rather than describe in detail here how it works, I thought I’d show you the strategy in action.

The product is called UFXP or TUFXP (The Ultimate Forex Predictor) from Keith Cotterill. Across 5 hours of video mentoring, Keith explains in detail how to set up the software to identify trades, plus how to plan your trades and manage your money.

The software is a very powerful piece of kit, which alerts you when it identifies a potential trade. By clicking a few buttons, you can then decide your risk and profit targets, and get your trade set up.

Click here to find out how you can start using TUFXP for a fraction of the usual cost.

Here’s some feedback from genuine traders who are already using TUFXP …

“Yesterday I made 66 pips and today another 62 pips, it just keeps rolling in. What a fantastic product this is and everyone should have one at home, it’s your very own cash generating machine, brilliant” – G S Hepburn

“Had The Ultimate FX Predictor for just over a week now and I’m 308.3 pips up! Enjoying every minute of it… Only started with £200 bank but now over £340 at 0.50p pip…” – John

“Just another email to say 113 pips yesterday. Keep thinking I’m going to wake up and find this cannot be true..” – L Harrold

  • Hi Guy’s,
I bought this in 2008 at initial launch and kept it and operated it for 9 months, but had to quit after losing about £2500, so close to £5000 down the pan with initial cost and monthly feed cost.
The dialy ‘could have made xx pips here’ was akin to back testing and of little practical use in my view.
    Support was first class though.
I guess it works for some people, as it’s still selling at a high price?!
    Good luck.

  • Has there been any success with other live feeds?
Are the signals lagging and do they repaint, like most indicators?

  • I’m still in my trial period, trying to make it work, but I’m really struggling with it. After two full weeks at it I’m about 50 pips down which in my terms is about 25 quid. (Sorry can’t do character for quid on this PC software that I’ve had to buy because the strategy doesn’t work on a Mac!) The problem I’m having is that , contrary to what Keith has intimated when he says “if you can tell the difference between red and green”, the PTPs keep conflicting with each other so that, once confirmed, and whilst sitting comfortably in a trade waiting to take the profit, a signal is given that indicates that the market is now moving in the opposite direction. You’re then faced with the dilemma of whether to exit the trade you’re on and take the confirmed trade in new direction! I’ve fallen foul of this many times these last two weeks with the result that I have lost as many trades as won. Now I understand that an experienced trader might not fall foul of these signals but for the inexperienced like me, albeit not an utter newbie, it all becomes too convoluted. I’m praying that there might be a turn around in my last week on the trial by some miracle…but I’d better not hold my breath.

Hi Bruce, Thanks for your feedback on this – it’s always useful to know how people are finding the system. The markets are certainly choppy at the moment, which makes it tricky for anyone – newbie or experienced. I’m really pleased to see that you’re trading at low stakes while you’re finding your feet – this is a very sensible approach, as there will always be some teething problems with a new system. I’m a big believer in relying on historical support and resistance levels – you may find it helpful to draw some of these up on your charts to give a clue of where the price might struggle – this could help you decide which is the stronger trade. I hope things start to come together for you this week – let me know how you get on.

  • I have to endorse everything Tony has said about TUFXP and like Tony, I wished I had thrown in the towel sooner. I was sold on the hype and struggled for a further 6 months before calling it quits. The support team were OK at times but even with their help, I could not become confident in using the system with any degree of success. Paying an extra £65 per month for the data feed whilst one is struggling to make the over-hyped system a success is a big drain on any struggling novice. These days, whenever anyone mentions TUFXP ….I get a cold shiver running down my back! Novices…be very aware of this system.

  • Hi Tony, I thought that I would bring my thoughts on your comments to the table. I started trading as a complete novice in September 2008 using only TUFXP I followed Keith’s trading advice to the letter and grew a £100 account to almost £800 by Christmas of that year. I only traded GBPUSD on a five minute timeframe as Keith showed in his videos. The successful trading carried on and in March of 2009 Keith asked me if I would join his support team to pass on my knowledge to others. I still trade successfully to this day and I am still a member of that team and I have to disagree with your assertion that only “experienced traders” make money with TUFXP, not least from personal experience. I have received hundreds of emails from very satisfied subscribers who conssistently make profits from the system, some who have been using TUFXP since it’s launch in 2008 and some who are relatively new subscribers and total trading novices. Yes we get losing trades, but that is a part of trading whatever system you use. Referring to your point about different timeframes and currency pairings, I hear from many subscribers that trade other pairs and timeframes successfully, at the end of the day it’s personal preference. Finally, to anyone considering trying TUFXP I would say this, it comes with a cast iron 30 day money back guarantee, 30 days of free data feed, and you could trade on a demo account if you wish and risk absolutely no money, so what have you got to lose? You will get the full support of the team, three times weekly market overview videos and access to a members website and forum. Hope that this helps. Regards, Neil

  • I bought the TUFXP when it first came out, for nearly £2000. probably the worst financial decision of my life – I’m still kicking myself for not claiming a refund when I still had the chance! I ‘m sure some people make money with it, but only those who are experienced traders, who probably don’t really need it in the first place. It is far, far more difficult to use properly than the sales blulb makes out – it most certainly is not the “point and shoot” strategy originally promised. I have not tried it for years now, so perhaps it has been re-vamped and made profitable, but at £56 /month for the data feed, its quite costly to play around with. Its easy to find examples of winning trades, but what about all the losing trades (from other fx pairs, other timeframes etc) that don’t get mentioned? Be very, very careful of this.

Hi Tony, Thanks for posting your thoughts on this. I have to disagree with you – I don’t believe this strategy is aimed at experienced traders. The way that I used in the video I posted really was according to the ‘point and shoot’ instructions given with the strategy. However, I appreciate that a couple of days trading can never give a full picture of how a strategy will perform over time. I’d also like to stress that I didn’t pick out examples of winning trades. I followed Keith’s instructions to trade cable, and these are the trades that the strategy picked for me (the days weren’t picked because they were profitable, the videos show it ‘as it happened’). Of course, I realise that not all days will be profitable, and there will be some losing days. I’m sorry to hear that you didn’t have success with this technique, and would always encourage people to contact support to see if you can figure out where things may have gone wrong. I’ve also pointed out your thoughts to the UFXP team.

Hi Ross, I’m sorry to hear that you didn’t have any luck with this strategy, but thanks for adding your comments – it’s good to build a balanced picture. The trial that I ran was only for a few days (time restrictions mean that I’m not able to run lengthy tests on all the products that land on my desk) although I have used UFXP in the past, with some success. What I hope the video trial does is show people exactly how the strategy works and what’s involved, rather than just listening to me tell them what “I think”. As you point out, what works for some people, won’t work for others. I genuinely do rate TUFXP, and it has brought in a profit for me this week, as you can see in the video (being friends with Nick has no effect on how the forex markets behave!) Plus, I got a speedy and helpful response from the support team. However, I don’t doubt that it’s gone through its own sticky patches over the years.

  • Hardly an objective view as Mark you are Nicks (Cannonbury) best mate ! bit like asking Michael o’Leary what he thinks of Ryan Air ! This software as you say has been around since 2008 and i obtained it in those days.I thought it was rubbish as did many if you read any forum. you can’t “predict” the markets and surprised that you’ve endorsed it ….there again i suppose it’s easy money for you,Keith + Nick !
